2. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

3. Products & Natural Material Disclaimer
   We specialize in natural fluorite and gemstones. Natural variation is inherent to the material. Differences in color, banding, and internal inclusions are not considered defects but are proof of the stone’s natural origin. Product images are representative; however, the unique patterns of the piece you receive may vary.

4. Pricing & Payment
   Currency: Prices are primarily displayed in USD ($). Final totals are confirmed at checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, typically including PayPal and major Credit/Debit Cards processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.

Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from obvious pricing or listing errors.

5. Shipping & Import Duties (DDP / DAP)
   Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our facility in Yiwu, China.

DDP vs. DAP:

• If your checkout displays “Duties & Taxes Included” (DDP), all import fees are prepaid.

• Otherwise, orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), and any local import duties or VAT are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
   Your purchases are protected by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Return Window: 15 days from delivery.
Defective Items: We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Customer Remorse: Customers are responsible for return shipping for “change of mind” returns.
Cancellations: Can only be processed before the order has entered the shipping stage.

7. Order Accuracy & Fraud Prevention
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
