Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
   Winstone Designs ships worldwide. Shipping availability, service level, shipping cost, and delivery estimates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout before payment. If a destination is temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, checkout will not allow the order to be placed.

2. Processing Time
   Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. For made-to-order items, the timeframe will be specified on the product page.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Standard Shipping (USD$99+)
   Shipping Fees: Calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of USD$99 or more (after discounts, before shipping). If shopping in another currency, the threshold is automatically converted at checkout based on the USD equivalent.

4. Duties & Taxes (DDP / DAP)
   Duties and taxes handling depends on your destination and the shipping option selected. The applicable method will be reflected clearly at checkout.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): If your checkout explicitly shows “Duties & Taxes Included,” these charges are prepaid. You should not be asked for additional import payments upon delivery.

DAP (Delivered At Place): If the checkout does not state that duties/taxes are included, any import VAT, GST, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by local authorities.

5. Shipping Origin & Facility
   All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in China:

6. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit)
   Transit times are estimates and vary by destination. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

EU / UK: approx. 6–18 business days
US / Canada: approx. 7–18 business days
Australia / New Zealand: approx. 7–18 business days
Asia: approx. 5–12 business days
Other Regions: approx. 10–25 business days

Note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

7. Tracking
   Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Updates usually appear within 24–72 hours.

8. Address Accuracy
   Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to incomplete info or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.

9. Lost or Significantly Delayed Parcels
   If your parcel has no tracking movement for 10 business days, or if it has not been delivered within 30 days of shipment, please contact info@winstonedesigns.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution (re-shipment or refund).
